Hamburger Soup

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can beef broth
1 big can tomato juice
3 stalks celery – diced
4 carrots – diced
Celery tops – diced
2 Tbs. parsley
¼ - ½ tsp. thyme
4 potatoes – diced
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown ground beef. Add other ingredients.
Simmer for 1-½ hours.
